Preparing Your Vehicle for Storage:
- Battery Maintenance: Consider disconnecting the battery. We also offer a trickle charging service on a first-come, first-served basis for added convenience.
- Fuel Management: For the safety of your vehicle or boat, other customer’s property, and our facility, please drain the fuel as close to empty as possible to minimize gas fumes during storage. We are .25 miles from a gas station to fill back up after pickup. Condensation will not form as our facility is heated to 50 degrees.
- Floor Protection: To prevent issues with the storage property company, lay down cardboard under the engine if your vehicle tends to drip oil.
- Rodent Prevention: Remove all food items from your vehicle, as leaving them inside can attract rodents and lead to problems.
- Vehicle Cover: Further safeguard your vehicle by using a protective cover.
Indoor Winter Storage Pricing (October 2024, to April 2025):
Simple Pricing. $35 Per linear foot for vehicles and boats.
Important: This is the price for the entire winter period, October to mid-April.
Please note: Our garage doors are 12.0′ high

Winter Storage Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 per unit is necessary to secure and reserve your storage space.
- Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is met.
- We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Checks should be made payable to “Boomerang Storage.” The final payment must be settled upon unit drop-off.
- The standard contract between Boomerang Storage and the customer is obligatory.
- Storage is limited between October and April of any year. All units must be out of storage and picked up by mid-April.
- All vehicles must be insured and registered, and copies must be provided to the office staff.
- All vehicles and boats must have minimal fuel in their tank. RV’s and campers cannot have secondary gas containers like propane tanks.
- We do not store EV vehicles due to the risk of a fire hazard.

Car and Boat Storage FAQs
Q: How much does it cost to store my unit?
A: $35 per foot. We arrive at this price by measuring the length of your boat, car, RV, etc.
Q: What months is considered winter storage?
A: October until mid-April
Q: What type of vehicles and boats do you store?
A: Cars, trucks, boats, RV’s, campers, jet skis, motorcycles
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Scroll up and fill out the registration form.
Q: Is there a deposit to secure storage space?
A: Yes, a one-time non-refundable $200 deposit.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due in full when you bring your unit. We will deduct your deposit. If you cannot pay in full upfront, we can work out a monthly payment arrangement.
Q: When can I drop off?
A: Oct 1st until capacity is full. M-F 9 am-4 pm. Saturday’s by appointment
Q: When can I pick up my unit?
A: All units must be picked up no later than April 15th. April 1st to April 15th are the slated pickup periods. Please let us know if you need your unit earlier, and we’ll try to accommodate.
Q: Can I fit my 30’ RV in your facility?
A: Limitations apply, but yes, as long as your RV is no taller than 11’6”
Q: Is your warehouse heated?
A: Yes, it is heated up to 50 degrees. We also have a dehumidifier for days when humidity exceeds 55%.
Q: Can I take my vehicle or boat out of storage mid-term and bring it back?
A: The broad answer is no, but we can make a few exceptions. If you need this kind of come-and-go accessibility, the rate is $50 per foot.
Q: Do you provide car and boat covers?
A: No, but we sell them and recommend that your unit is covered.
Q: Do you have battery tenders?
A: Yes, but limitations apply.
Q: Do you monitor tire pressures?
A: We do not. We recommend that you add some additional pressure to your tires.
